Orderd two subs (12-11-2020). Mine had an 18 inch long string inside the lettuce. Contacted management, provided photos, and was informed the vendor would be contacted immediately. Today is 1-13-2021, and no refund, and the vendor was not contacted until 1-05-2021. I am still awaiting my refund, and I delayed my review to give the franchise the benefit of a doubt. I'm not planning on returning to Subway whatsoever, due to their lack of concern about a customer who could have possibly ingested something that would have required a hospital visit.
They are taking all precautions. Online ordering and well managed pick-up of orders.
I had ordered a Ft long BLT which is supposed to come with 4 slices of bacon on each side of the sandwich and I got 3 slices on the entire sandwich. I normally have a pleasant experience at this subway but I was not impressed by the service tonight. I had called to voice my concerns and they wanted me to drive 20 min back to the subway to look at my sandwich. I mine as well have thrown $10 in the trash. Very displeased overall.
Got some sandwiches, the guy was extremely polite and the other girl but the girl Erika was very rude while giving dirty looks. If she is there again I will be taking me business elsewherenBtw the sandwiches were great! Keep up the great work!
It's not hard to toast a sandwich (2 sandwiches actually). Especially with raw bacon on it..(couldn't even attempt to eat it since one of us is almost 8 months pregnant). Enjoy the 17 bucks that we had to throw in the trash.
