My son had Tory cut his hair and she was very patient with him only wanting a scissor cut. She was great and the studio was great as well. Definitely will be booking with her to do my sons hair next time too.

Tried to create an account on my phone and it didn’t work. Tried to schedule on my phone for a haircut for my two sons but it never worked. Showed up to the place and walked to get signed in.... when I walked in the girls didn’t smile, didn’t welcome us but just said “did you sign in online?” with a snarky disgusted look. When I said that it didn’t work out, they said it would be a 34 minute wait (when I was trying to sign in online it said 6-8 minute wait) but there were three stylists sitting around and no one around or in the waiting area or in the parking lot. Instead or being friendly or asking if my sons were the ones already possibly signed up (in the event the online check in worked), they were rude, no smiles (you can tell despite the masks), and incredibly unwelcoming. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue at this location but it will be our last encounter with them.

A while back I went in for a haircut and there was me and my brother and we both asked for undercuts but when we got home some hair on both sides just wasn't cut up all the way and was still uneven, we were very upset as we usually loved coming here. It's a shame because it also took 5-7 months to get my hair back to what it was before so a lot of time wasted. The staff is very nice but some individuals just seemed lost on what to do. I would love to go back but at risk of messing up my hair for that long again is too great for me.
