Not an actual locksmith. It's a machine. in a store. No actual professional onsite to help with issues. If the machine breaks your key then you have to wait and wait on some 1800 number to get help, probably some out of the country call center. Aroostook, we're better than this. shop local. come on. EDIT: trying to figure out how a machine in a store that closes at 9 can provide 24/7 service.
