Chris Asher was nothing short of amazing! From our first call he was responsive and sympathetic to the insane situation I was in. Everything from helping pick shingle colors to the insurance process was easier thanks to him. The installers were courteous and professional. Measures were taken to protect our plants and property. Install and clean up were complete by early evening. Thanks to Chris and ARAC Roof It Forward, I have a new roof, proper venting, gutters, and downspouts that add a crisp, fresh new look to our home.

Hi everyone, I had found Chris over Facebook because they were giving Christmas gifts out. I work for a daycare and we were trying to make it special for the kids. Kelly Horn was prompt, professional, easy to communicate with throughout the 5 month process. Our insurance company was less accommodating, Kelly guided us through the process of field adjuster and Public Adjuster to get approval for our hail damaged roof. The installation process was very easy. The team was respectful and professional. Kelly Horn at Roof it Forward will be our choice if / when we need another roof.
