Really skilled!! They have an in house champion who will teach you how to be a pro!!n***they have an exact replica of the rowing pool that Radley college does!!
Oh my God. If you are looking for a rowing gym, this is definitely not the place to go. When I entered i had high hopes, but was sadly let down ud83dude22ud83dude2dud83dude30. I was promised a meet and greet with the world famous rower but was informed that she was currently “to busy to see me”. 1/10 would not recommend
Very professional. Lots of random protein bars and shakes. The staff were loud and they yelled words like “big legs” “harder towards the end” “free speed” “power 10” “every 10 is a power 10” “if it doesn’t hurt, your not doing it right” and they had a big dog that jumps a lot but is nice. I would visit again, based solely on the fact that they won’t let you leave until you vomit during a 2k.
Best Gym 10/10 would do again
