First Advantage Background

What a joke this place is.

Most discriminating experience of a lifetime!!!!!! Red flagged me for a 23 year old low level felony, then sent a report without the felony on it to me. A person could be birthed and in college within this time frame!!!! Discrimination at its finest!!!!! Surprised the Democrat party has not questioned this company....?????

Every time I get a background request, I have to resend it. In the process of doing background checks, once the fax is viewed as sent the information is shredded. Double work every single time I get a request. They also will not provide an email address on the request. Terrible customer service, most of the time the message left is so hurried and not understandable, you cannot make out the phone number, they leave to return the call. Dread getting requests from this company.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY HORRIBLE! THEY FAILED MY BACKGROUND CHECK FOR A DAMN MISDEMEANOR DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED 2012. THAT I WASNT AWARE OF ON MY BACKGROUND. COMPANY CLEARLY ASKED IF I HAD ANY FELONIES NOT MISDEMEANORS AND THIS COMPANY COST ME MY JOB!! I CANT EVEN BELIEVE THAT LOWES EVEN USE THIS COMPANY NOT KNOWING OR CARING WHY THIS COMPANY IS FAILING PEOPLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is the worst place to work, they offshore and the management are rude and treat all the employees like crap!! Its not worth the stress turn over rate is High, which all you wanna do is walk out in the middle of your shift! look to work elsewhere!
