I’d give zero stars if I could. Save yourself a headache and do NOT get a CoVid test here. They are completely unorganized
My girlfriend went here for a scheduled covid-19 test. Upon arrival she was made to wait 1 hour at which point the staff told her they were having difficulties and she needed to wait an additional hour. After 2 hours of being parked at the drive-thru window with multiple people beeping at her due to the delay, they told her they were unable to help her and she left without having taken a test. She commented that the staff did not know how to work their system. She was also very frustrated when she arrived home as it was a complete waste of her time. Needless to say we will go out of our way to avoid this business in the future.
The pharmacy staff is great, but wait times for both phone and drive through are awful, especially now that they've started COVID testing. They need more staff.
What van you say about CVS, conveniently located for me along the bus line. In and out with no big lines or waiting and still have sales going on.
Worst experience of my life. Truly a hellish nightmare. Sarah, Jessica, Stacy are all incompetent at their jobs and should be fired or at least have their competency reevaluated because I have had numerous complaints and run ins at this particular pharmacy. They truly drop the ball on a daily basis and it affects people’s lives in a way they can’t imagine or don’t want to. Do your jobs instead of delaying till the last minute. Incompetent, wow, such an understatement. Stay far away.
