Had a terrible experience trying to get COVID tested with a worker named Miriam. Had us sit at the window for thirty plus minutes trying to call insurance that held up everyone else even though we asked her repeated to stop. My friend also was trying to get tested in the same car and it took fifteen minutes for her to tell us that she was experiencing the same issue that had been happening all day.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A FLU SHOT! I went for my flu shot with an appointment for 5:30. It was previously scheduled and I’d already checked in. The employees at the pharmacy were quite rude (specifically the blonde one, I don’t know her name.) but she acted like I wasn’t even there and was talking about me like I wasn’t there. Suggestion: If you don’t give flu shots out and hour before closing don’t make the time available.

Can't stand cvs to begin with, but this place is THE worst. No-one answers phones, my scripts took way to long to fill. Drive up pharma is great but not when scripts are done timely; even on the phone with my Dr office they confirmed script sent hours before....

Tried to reach the pharmacy yesterday on the phone. Tried 5 times. Waited and waited, never had the call answered. My wife had to go to the pharmacy to be able to speak with anyone. Saw staff walking around while she could hear over the speaker system that calls were coming in. Will not be doing future business with this location.
