Flat out the best lobster rolls in Indiana. Not covered in mayonnaise and able to taste the lobster. Loved when I was able to get these lobster rolls from their food truck and now that they have a location I go all the time!! If you only go one seafood place in Indy then this is your stop. And the prices for a roll are very reasonable

J’s Lobster is awesome. I used to chase the truck all around Indy and am so happy they now have a permanent spot at Bottleworks. The Lobster Rolls are even better than I remember and honestly better than some I have had in Maine. I personally love the Mac and Cheese and am surprised by some of the reviews knocking it. Check them out! You won’t regret it.

We tried J’s Lobster in its new location at The Food Garage in Bottleworks. They’re reasonably priced at $18 for the lobster roll and $15 for the crab roll. We found their lobster mac ‘n cheese to be delicious, but at $18 I am not sure if we would reorder. Both their lobster roll and crab roll are served with the seafood purposefully cold, which we weren’t a big fan of. There is also no sauce or seasoning to the seafood in the rolls, just a large heaping scoop of lobster or crab meat. The bread/bun, however, was served warm and buttery. Their coleslaw is vinegar based which was a different touch that we enjoyed.

Likely NotnAs I don't take food pictures for everyone to see. It was just OK. What I was served was clearly canned Lobster that couldn't be warmed up in butter. Marzettis and Kroger mix has a better slaw. Fries clearly not their own but worked. I hope they last.

Love the hush puppies! Lobster roll was great. Fresh lettuce, tons of meat, love the bun. Price wasn’t bad compared to other places.
