I had the pleasure of meeting the studio owner Robin while in town visiting as a loyal CP member. Her studio is beautiful and so is she! It was so incredibly clean and organized, I would feel very safe taking a class there during these uneasy times. Robin was so friendly and left a wonderful impression of the Rockford studio with me. I have loved the flexibility of the virtual classes! As an essential worker trying to find my new normal the Zoom classes have been a savior to my emotional & physical health! There are no words to describe the joy I feel on the days when I can join a class while set up outside on my deck in the fresh air & sunshine! Thank you to Robin, Jen & all the instructors who are keeping us going!

This is a wonderful uplifting environment. The instructors I have had are awesome. Helping to make the class fit each individual. I have met many new people. I can tell this is the place for me to become healthy again. Very clean and they have there own water machine. Awsome!

I love this place and the girls. I have been to 3 sessions now and I joined. I am so excited about this club, if you haven't, you have to try it out. From the minute I walked in on June 24, I was impressed. The place is very inviting and bright. The girls are so friendly. I had a great workout. I worked out and still do before joining the club, and I felt the workouts this week from my 50 minute sessions. The instructors are very good, they do know what they are doing, as their flow, direction and knowledge of the facility is as if they had been here much longer than one week. Keep it up girls. I'm likely going to join the unlimited membership.

Their app doesn’t work and when we called to complain and cancel the membership they kicked out my wife even though they had charged do a new month the same day. They will not let my wife have her classes hence they want to keep the money and they want to continue to withdraw every month. These people are a bunch money hungry thieves.
