Nice YMCA with large aquatics facility. Weight and cardiovascular room is nice and equipment clean and in good shape. Newer facility so clean and staff is friendly. For the size of this Y and the location, I thought there would be more weight machines, but space would need to be larger. No towel service at this Y. Overall a nice YMCA.

Ugh! I am so frustrated with this Y. The facilities are awesome. But not managed well. My kids are older and look forward to swimming and specifically using the slide. Often when the slide is scheduled to be on there isn’t enough staff. Or if it is scheduled to be on, they won’t turn it on until someone asks. Tonight I called ahead of time and let the kids bring friends and I know there is enough staff - but it wasn’t on the schedule (even though I was told it would be in because of Christmas break). The are other issue with managing other parts of the Y. So frustrating. But the staff is very friendly...just not accommodating. I really don’t want an apology...just get some staff that will turn on the slide and get in the water!! Honestly, as funny as it sounds, I get the feeling no one wants to get in the water and do it! I have never written a bad review ever before but even though I have talked to the front desk nothing changes. So here it is.

Great for the whole family! The staff at the Northeast YMCA have consistently exceeded my expectations. From the top down, the whole staff does an excellent job catering to its members needs. The child care service staff go above and beyond to make the little ones feel comfortable as well! I appreciate how the facility is always clean and well kept. Overall, an awesome facility and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay fit!nnMike & Ashley Constant
