It’s McDonald’s...
So this has to be the worst one yet. This mcdonlads always seems to never be accurate with their orders. Not only did I not get a 10:1 patty on my cheese burger but I also only received 4 regular chicken nuggets and 1 medium fry. I don't know how you forgot to be the patty on the bun before wrapping but this is terrible. You guys weren't even busy. The fries I did get were old. Then I get two coupons that are expired and for breakfast sandwiches. I don't like your breakfast so what do I do with these? Come on. Do better.
They are not friendly at all and they mess up your order as simple as your drink. After handing me 3 drinks that weren't mine, then she got all grouchy and said I can't take them back because of covid as she was trying to hand me a 4th drink so I said them I suggest you stop having me the wrong drinks then.
This is by far the worst Mcdonalds ive ever been to. They told to me pull up to the 3rd window & wait. I waited a good 20 mins then figured they had forgotten about me. Had to call them & they finally brought the food out to me but i was missing half my order. This isnt the first time they forgot either, I had ordered just 4 chocolate shakes & they told me to wait at window 3. I sat there a good 15 mins & then noticed cars behind me were getting handed chocolate shakes. So had to call them again to let them know im still waiting for mine.
The AI makes it harder to make an order and it just makes the line go a tad slower. Overall a good place, food is delivered quickly and properly, no problems ever with an order.
