I love Essence of Life. I have been training with Andrea for several years, and it has been my favorite workout experience. The Pilates Reformer is a tough, total body workout, and Andrea keeps it interesting by constantly changing it up, adding new routines and making us laugh. For those looking for a smaller studio with a good zen vibe, I recommend trying EOL.
Wonderful studio! Every class and instructor has been fastastic, but I especially love my classes with Andrea.

Essence of life yoga studio was a referral to me from a friend. I had never done yoga before and was looking for a place that could help a beginner. From the moment I stepped into the studio I knew this was a place I would enjoy. The atmosphere was so inviting and everyone was welcoming! The instructor I had was excellent. She could easily handle my beginner level and give the more advanced people in the class what they wanted. Over all my experience was the best ever and Essence of Life has ignited a passion for yoga inside me! I am always looking forward to the next class! I would recommend this studio to everyone that is looking for a great place to do yoga! Pilates is the next thing I can’t wait to try at essence of life!
