Absolutely ridiculous pricing. $400 to get my taxes done? I’ve paid $200-$250 previous years with an accountant. My tax preparer was nice, but you as a company are price gouging. Do not recommend.

Been 60 days have not received federal refused to give corporate number told me my identity stolen I know this isnt true because I received stimulus no problem paid over 200$ for 1600$ return I want my 200 back never again avoid!nnAugust 10 2020. Still No federal return...nnSat Aug 15 called number from owners response. Had nothing good to say to help me. Told me to call IRS .. I called them over 30 times and received 7 letters telling me they are still processing. No help. 1 star stays!
