The classes are great. Everyone was so nice and motivated me!! Loved how you get to workout at you own pace.Coach was amazing.
Great local gym, great price! Has ton of machines, full length pool and steam rooms. No towel service so bring your towels.
Super friendly trainers willing to take time to explain everything. Clean facility with a lot of machines. Highly recommended!
This gym is great. Typically I go later at night. It’s always well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of different equipment and the hydro massage beds are awesome! I also love the tanning and red light therapy.
Can’t say enough good things about Tim and the staff here at Perfect Shape. They are awesome! Great place for an hour long workout best described as a private trainer workout in a group setting. Small groups, all of us working on our own goals, with the staff assisting us individually to make sure we use good form and get the best out of our reps. Wonderful experience!!
