I am very happy with the positive change in my body since starting Pilates! My core, strength & balance have all improved. I enjoy the morning classes withnMariel & the girls! It’s a great workout!
Who thought working out could be so much fun! I love working out on the reformer especially with the jump boards! There is so much equipment available and Mariel is very knowledgeable! I lost 7” in 8 weeks!
Thoroughly enjoy the classes and have learned a lot. The small classes allow for feedback on performance and how to do better. Have seen excellent changes in my body shape and balance. Highly recommend!
My body has been completely transformed by Pilates. Mariel is patient and very knowledgeable. Every appointment is something new so you are never bored. I love the people that I have met there, too . Don’t be intimidated- try it !!
