My fiance and I started coming here about 6 months ago and hadn't really been working out prior to starting. The coaches and everyone in the gym have been welcoming and a great help. They give you lots of options to make the workout work for you at any skill level. So glad that we found this place!

Did a couple of drop-ins during the holidays. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the programming is challenging and fun. Overall, a great experience and will return next time we are in town!
