From the time I first walk in the door at OPTS I feel welcomed and very much cared for. My physical therapists, (thank you Rena, Anne, and all the other marvelous therapists!) have worked hard to design a treatment regimen tailor-made to my needs and will continue working with me until my goals are met. Most importantly there is a special sincerity at OPTS— each therapist is committed to the absolute and complete well being of their client and every employee has a kind and thoughtful approach. ❤ufe0f

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here. 2020 was rough for me with two back surgeries and a broken arm. They helped me feel comfortable each time I came in and got me back on track with my every day activities having two small children. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and able to complete exercises effectively both at home and at therapy. I would definitely recommend it here!

Orthopedic Physical Therapy is a wonderful, family-owned business with the most caring and dedicated staff in the world! If you are in pain, and you're not sure what to do, please call them. The environment there is so friendly and helpful, you will be glad you made the decision to start on the road to recovery! The staff there is phenomenal and will work their hardest to get you feeling your best as soon as possible. Dr. Helen is amazing and even though she is retired now, she is someone the staff looks to for her vast knowledge of how the human body works. Dr. Stephanie is a true dynamo! She will not stop until she figures out how to make you feel better. She excels at many different types of therapies and never stops learning new techniques to try. Dr. Anne is the best! She is a steady, calming force that listens to what you have going on and will try many different methods of therapy until she figures out what works best for you. They will also give you a personalized plan that you can do on your own, as well. I would recommend Orthopedic Physical Therapy to anyone who is looking for pain relief and wants knowledgeable, caring staff that will work with them until they find a solution!

One of the best physical therapy organizations around! The staff there are beyond helpful and always have a wonderful and helpful attitude. I strongly recommend Refresh to everyone looking for good quality physical therapy. I have been coming here for all my needs for the last 20 years!

Everyone here is amazing. I’ve been seeing a Anne for PT, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. She really works with you to create a plan to get you back to where you want to be. She also does dry needling, and I love being that done here as well. Great facility and staff, and I’ve worked with a few of the other PTs here. You can’t go wrong. If you need physical therapy and are in the area, I would definitely recommend booking a session here.
