Great service and parts departments. Professional all the way. They came to my home 35 miles from the dealership and picked up my X5M for warranty work. The service advisor kept in contact by text while they had my vehicle and was very accessible. After the work was completed, they brought my BMW back to my home, much cleaner than when they took it, and the warranty work was completed perfectly. 5 stars all the way.

Had a great car buying experience at Ziegler BMW! Moe was a great sales person, friendly and just an overall cool guy! Great customer service! Great cars! Cary was my sales manager! Cool guy also! The dealership Overall made the car buying experience quick, and easy!

Corey Josephson was my service advisor and was very polite and helpful with all my concerns. He answered all my questions and then some. Your service department got me in and out faster than estimated. The service was a great experience. I would not take my BMW to any other place. Great work Orland Park ud83dudc4d

I would give Zach 5 stars for his excellent customer service and I would recommend him if visiting the dealership. I was pretty clear on what I wanted to purchase and had looked online at their inventory before arriving. He had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive upon arrival.nnThe dealership was clean and well maintained, but everyone wasn't wearing a mask. At the time that I was there it was late and they didn't have a crowd, so I was able to maintain social distancing from the few employees who didn't have on a mask.

I love this place! BMW of Orland Park gets the job done! I've owned 4 BMW's and my experience has always been A1 here! It feels great to walk into an establishment and your greeted by the entire staff including staff that you won't be working directly with. The small things always go a long way!
