One of the worst Starbucks. Every time I order, it either doesn’t taste right or was made completely wrong.. last time I ordered simply a peach green ice tea... guess what, they added lemonade.. I’m done with this location.
ITS A PANDEMIC. I understand everyone is doing their best during this pandemic but my god !!! I went into that store on January 19th and my eyes widened. Mask is mandatory in that store everyone was wearing one except for the STORE MANAGER. I’m just saying if mask are mandatory maybe the store manager should show leadership by following the guidelines. She had her hands over her face Talking to customers ?!? Thank you not. I walked right out that door and went to a store that’s actually following Covid guidelines. MANAGEMENT is awful at this place and may I add the manager once stood there while the employees were doing the best to shorten their line. The mask was my last straw with this store . new management needs to get in there ASAP
I came in this afternoon, I was immediately being yelled at to put my mask on...ask politely next time jackie
Oh I love love love this location . I am a frequent customer I learned all the names of my favorite staff members as they learned mine! I get the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it’s perfect everytime. I would love to give acknowledgment to these lovely employees to corporate!
I was in there to buy a gift card. The workers were all very helpful
