Wonderful staff at Starbucks, I ordered a grande Caramel Crunch Frappuccino and its really good. It was worth the wait, keep up the great work.
Very hateful staff, they also never seem to know how to make any of the drinks on their own menu, literally have asked me how to make a drink, a the drink was beyond simple and after explaining how to make the drink “ add milk and sugar” the cashier walks away and says “whatever” don’t waste your time or money! I would rather drive an extra 45 minutes and spend more money than go back to the Danville store. Unprofessional, disrespectful and act annoyed you’re there.
Being that this is the only Starbucks in Danville I have no other option but to come to this location. The customer service is terrible. As another post said, they don't even know their own drinks. If the line is longer then two people be prepared for a very long wait. I find that the service at night is better than during the day. Do yourself a favor and go to Dunkin a few blocks away.
Where have you been all my life??? OMG... first taste of mocha frappaccino and am in love with it!!!
They only have dark roast hot coffee as a pour-over which I don't like. The regular hot coffee is good
