This used to be my favorite place for Chinese food. There foodbisbstull the best but they no longer deliver. This just doesn't make sense in these times. They say you can use door dash or one of those services, but that's costly and takes too long.

The place has alright food, but the customer services is absolutely garbage. While in the phone, in the middle of placing the final part of my order and I’m being told to hurry up because she’s busy... told me to call back after I know what I want because she couldn’t tell me what was in the menu. These people must not really care... it’s obvious, but jay bo cafe will no longer receive a red cent from me or my family or any one I come across asking for “good” takeout. Smh

First time ordering. I ordered 2 combo plates and Chicken fingers. When I got home they gave me chicken wings instead of chicken fingers. Even tho it was wings instead of fingers I would of eaten them, but for fact they were burnt and dried out. Evan the chicken fingers in the combo plate was dried out and you couldn't eat them. If I lived closer I would of taken everything back, but I live just on the Dighton line. Will not be going back.

I simply enjoyed their dishes. I always get awesome service there. The place is always clean and the employees are always friendly. Would recommend to others.
