Horrible management! Rude, condescending, arrogant! I absolutely refuse to step inside actual store until so called store manager is gone!nOne cashier there really stands out. She is always polite and super friendly.
Simple enough request just prefer my pizza in squares. Every pizza I order I always ask for them cut in squares, never fails i get my pizza and nope regular cut. Just irritating I'd hate to make a huge request.. about to take my business elsewhere franklin makes them right every time
Kitchen still open unbelievable you think caseys would be held to higher standards
so this lady i think she one the mangers i think her name was even or something like that is SOOO disrespectful you should here the way she talks to her employees around customers like really im surprised she has anybody to work for her. But the other workers are descent and the puppy chow is amazing but should be a bit cheaper. Love Jonathan
Pizza was under cooked. The dough was pretty gross. Never have this problem in Franklin.
