Glenn really went above and beyond to diagnose various finicky things on my LR3.nnHe kept good communication during the entire time my vehicle was there.nnHis quotes were on point and accurate. His diagnostics and ability to pinpoint issues was spectacular.
I've had my truck serviced here twice so far and Glenn is always prompt and thorough with his work. He alerts me to any issues and is kind enough to provide estimates. Being a former LR tech he knows these vehicles very well and I trust his experience over any dealer tech. On top of that he provides amazing value for his work. Glenn is a nice guy with a very down to earth personality, and his shop is the only one I trust with my truck. Hes easy to work with and he is very responsive, and I never feel uninformed or unsure of anything.
