After having a very dishonest, bad experience at a different dealership, I ended up at Raymond Kia in Antioch, and I can't say enough about the owner Mark, the salespeople Robert & Scott, and the finance manager that helped me! This team went above and beyond and have no idea how important needing a new car was to me. Mark and Robert were extremely communicative and transparent with me, listened to my needs, were kind, and went out of their way to get me what I needed, at a price and payment I could afford. Scott spent a great deal of time with me in the car, showing me exactly how everything worked and explaining every aspect of the car ... this was SO appreciated and he's just a really cool guy overall (ask him about music ;) )!!! The finance gentleman was informative, explained everything in detail, was also very transparent in all fees and costs, and was just overall a really genuine guy. This dealership showed me nothing but honesty, kindness, knowledge, and a genuine want to help. I walked out of there last night with a payment I could definitely afford, with a 0.9% interest rate (what?!?!? ud83dude33ud83dude0a), and a brand new 2021 car that I love. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I can, and I'll be back for my next purchase, without a doubt. Thank you isn't enough ... but thank you. ud83dude0a

Chris and Scott helped us get a great deal on our K5! Really upfront about everything without the runaround. As a first time car buyer, I felt like we definitely got the best service without being taken advantage of. Thanks!!

Scott Struthers is a wonderful salesman. He was patient, knowledgeable, willing to inform but give us space. Overall, our experience at Raymond was a very good one. Their pricing was honest and up front; they were not pushy. We went in looking at multiple vehicles, and we came away very happy with our Sportage.nnThis 5 star is for Scott. At least one star would be missing otherwise. The showroom is small, which is maybe a bonus in and of itself, because the vibe was laid back and quiet. BUT, it means on a weekday morning, you can hear every word in the room. So when the manager's desk feels the need to dress down (complete with cussing and various degrading language) the very salesman you are happily enjoying, it sort of kills the good vibes. Tony is lucky that we liked his vehicle and Scott as much as we did. We gave him more than just my left shoe and are very happy with our purchase, but please keep the professional criticism actually professional and away from the customers you want to keep in the building.

I went in on a Monday morning interested in a 2021 Sorento, worked with Joe, and had a really great experience. He was knowledgeable, never pressured me into anything, and the delivery manager Norm and business manager Bob were equally as helpful and explained everything extremely well. I will be returning to Raymond Kia for my future car purchases.

We had a great experience buying our 2021 Kia Sorento. Our salesman, Scott, was very helpful and even stay way past his shift just to make sure we were happy with the car upon delivery. Everyone was friendly and considerate of our needs and wants in a new vehicle. Not pushy at all.
