Danny our sales representative was absolutely FANTASTIC! He listen to what we were looking for: type of car, price range, features. Took his time to go over everything with us.nVan who we believe is one of the sales supervisors, was also FANTASTIC. He did a great job explaining everything to us as well and never being pushy about purchasing our next vehicle.nGREAT JOB ALL AROUND by both men.

PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING USED CAR....nnIf I could give less than 1 star I would. However we purchased a used car were told how great the car was. The day we were supposed pick the car up in was in the shop needing work. Since the day we drove it off the lot it has needed some work every month we have only had the vehicle for 1 year and have already put in about 4000 in repairs and it is on its way to another shop once again as I write this. We have asked if they can do anything to make this situation right however they do not care. The whole reason for buying a car with a car loan was to get something more reliable than something from a private seller on the street and that we did not get.nnLast night we were there again talking to them about our situation to get told there is nothing they can do. while there we over heard that a customer was coming in to pick up a car. they sent it to get gas put in and the worker came back from putting gas in it and said it seems there could be an issue with a sensor. Did they pull the vehicle back to look at it or did they call this customer not while we were there. Instead they shrugged and said he could be wrong its fine...nnI have now been sold 2 lemons by 2 different dealerships this one ensured me they were different they value there customers and they take pride in what they do and there cars. however this is not true. I am now paying every last penny I have on a car payment for a vehicle that needs work every month to every 2 months. I have not went longer than a 2 month period without having to bring my car to a mechanic....

If you want a typical used car sales experience you came to the wrong place! Miguel Is your guy! He new I was in the market but couldn’t find the right truck and as soon as one came available my phone was ringing! I got the first look at the perfect truck and Miguel put a deal together that I couldn’t refuse. Charming as he is handsome this guy set me up with the perfect ride. Five stars is all I could give but Miguel was the sixth!

This was my first experience financing my own car and like everyone can agree, it can be a stressful process. However going through Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch and being taken care of by Paul Neurauter truly made an overall amazing experience. My late dad bought cars through this dealership for 20 years and it’s pretty cool to keep the tradition going. I appreciate all of the help, advice and reassurance Paul passed along to me. I found an amazing car that I couldn’t be happier with. Thank you so much again, Paul.
