Spots were nice, spacious, and level. Power was reliable. Shaded, quiet campground. A perfect distance to the Fox Lake train into Chicago. But what really made our time here great was the staff. There are some real salt of the earth people working here- every one we came in contact with, in fact.
Quiet place to get away, bathrooms are old and run down
It is so peaceful. We camp with friends and others are very friendly.
It's nice, but I wish it wasn't as mosquitoes, but hey that's camping for you
Park is clean people and staff and staff are friendly. Quite time was enforced. Very relaxing...winding roads.
