Jim Loughery was absolutely amazing. I have purchased several new vehicles, personal and business, over the last several years. I recently had the great opportunity to communicate with Jim via email and his cell in ref to a internet ad. The communication was prompt, accurate, and professional. The experience flowed so well, within 2 days i convinced a fellow local competitor to join me in purchasing a similar vehicle. We purchased our flight, arrived, made the purchase of 2 commercial NPR dump trucks, and left with one of the best experiences I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I have nothing but pleasant experiences with entire staff and work completed in better than expected time frame. All shops get busy from time to time so I'm realistic with my expectations but they usually exceed my expectations. Good, honest team.

The guy working the service desk should find a new job not dealing with customers.Made me not want to buy any more vehicles from them ever.
