Rick Jacobsen was so wonderful! He answered all my questions thoroughly, and if he didn't know the answer he informed me of that and got back to me when he did. Communication was excellent and I was always informed of what was going on. He made the whole experience smooth and seamless. When you hear the term 'car salesman' it usually has a bad connotation associated with it, however Rick changes all that! I HIGHLY recommend seeing him if you're in the market for a new car!
