Need to step up the pace. Drive thru wait time over 20 minutes.
Friendly and helpful staff. I can count on 1 hand the number of times I've been to Starbucks on my own in the my life so I'm not very knowledgeable about their drinks or anything. I went to get drinks for wife and kids and they were patient and helped me figure out what was what so I got the right drinks. May seem bizarre to some, but for someone who doesn't go, I didn't really know how or what to order. Line wasn't terrible, drinks were made promptly once they were ordered.
Long line through the drive through, but they kept the line moving. Ordering ahead on the app was quick and easy. Ozzie and Chaz loved their puppacinos!

My daughter always use my app befire going to work so I called after she placed her order without her knowing I ask them to put Happy24 th Birthday Zamin on the cup And they did... Thanks sooo much! She was surprised and Happy!
