Big Mac meal to go. Pulled up in the big rig. Parked on the side street and walked over to the restaurant and even though they aren't currently allowed to let people in, they took my order and brought food to the side door. Very nice of them to accommodate a hungry trucker who skipped breakfast. Recommended.

No stars, this place just completely lost my business. Somehow from the time I ordered (whole order was correct on screen) and I got to the window to pay, they removed one meal and one sandwich from my order. I even told the cashier it was wrong. Told me there was nothing he could do. While I was trying to ask why, a manager came to the window and told me to drive forward. I tried to explain he would not listen. Asked for a different manager at the second window. A lady came I told her my issue. She said sorry there was nothing she could do about the mistake. REALLY. Complete and totally disrespect. I understand times are tough but hey at least I am trying to spend my money at your establishment. Rude rude rude and that’s being polite.

Almost always the wrong order. So frustrating that I have to go back a second time to get the food made correctly. One of the worst McDonald’s to go to. How hard is it to read an order on a screen and make it right? What the heck is up with this place

This particular McDonald's is awful. We have had bad experiences the past 3 times we have gone. Missing food. Incorrect food items put in our bags (not just the wrong toppings, but a completely wrong sandwich). Lack of stock for items still on the menu (poor planning/whoever is in charge of inventory and purchasing isn't very good at their job). The wait times have been really long (about 15 minutes was my longest wait after getting to the window and being told to park in a spot to wait). Old food being served despite waiting so long for the food to be ready. They rarely answer their phone when you call to have something fixed so you have to wait in the drive thru line again of you want the food you ordered or food that isn't old. I'm a pretty optimistic guy so I gave them a few chances to get it right but 3 strikes and you're out. There are several other McDonald's locations that you can conveniently visit in the area. Don't waste your time at this location. I will NOT be going back.
