If you try to cancel be prepared to still be billed. We filled out all the paperwork, but that doesn’t seem to matter. Then they direct you to corporate, which after being on hold for 30+ minutes, you end up getting very unprofessional customer service. They never put customers first. You will have to jump through hoops to cancel. I would never recommend this place, all they care about is billing you. If you quit get copies of everything as you will need it. Read all their other reviews ( see Yelp where they only have 2.5 stars), this continued billing is a common theme.

Never have I seen a gym where people clean up after themselves this poorly. Nearly every machine has weights on it all the time. As much as I love lifting weights, I’m not a fan of starting every exercise by cleaning up the previous user’s weights or trying to find a barbell for a bench. I don’t think it would hurt to have an employee walk through the upstairs area and tidy up every once in awhile.

Where do I start? I'm overweight and thought let's join a gym. This has been by far the best investment I could have done for myself! As Covid-19 precautions are still prevelant at this gym, slowly they have begun opening fitness classes.. Spin with Kim, fantastic class that will get your heart racing. Xfit which is a high intensive Boot camp for all. Yoga, Weight trianing, and my favorite knowledgeable trainering available. I have not had one bad experience.nStaff at this location are friendly, facility is clean, pool is the right temperature, showers are maintained well. I could go on, however,nstop on in and see for yourself!

Amazing how well they uphold the Covid standards. Management is incredible, especially Kathy and Both Brian’s.
