Best studio i have found in the Suburbs! There is a great variety of classes! All the teachers are so kind and welcoming. Their Teacher Training is excellent, Crystal and Andrew are so knowledgeable and truly care about making it a great experience for everyone!

Power Moves Yoga has something for everyone: restorative, beginning power yoga, vinyasa, yoga strength, gentle flow. All of the instructors are highly trained and provide a consistent level of safe, interesting, and inspiring classes. The studio is clean and welcomes all, from complete newbies to experienced practitioners.

Amazing studio, everyone is super welcoming and each teacher brings something new and valuable to each class! The studio environment is very clean and a great space to start the journey of yoga! Their teacher training program is well worth it, as both Andrew and Crystal are very knowledgable, and attentive! It's truly a transformative experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to either become a teacher themselves or to deepen their yoga practice!

Power Moves Yoga is the most welcoming studio I have had the pleasure of joining. No matter where you’re at in your practice, they are there to meet you and encourage growth. The teacher training program to become a certified instructor has been one of the most amazing experiences I’ve been apart of. The personal growth that has come into my life both on and off the mat has really kept me afloat this year. If you are looking for a studio to become your home away from home, look no further.

Great energy all around! I always feel at home here. During a tough time in my life I was offered a work for trade with unlimited yoga, it has changed my life. Thank you to all the staff and owners. Friendly people who care. Check this place out if you want to elevate your consciousness . I also was certified at this studio and I highly recommend it to any one who wants to deepen their practice.
