I love this gym! I have been a member for 3 years now. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and continually switch up the classes so you are never bored. The instructors are also willing to help you with whatever your fitness goals are. The sense of community is unlike any other gym I have ever been a member of. I am so thankful I found this gym!
This place is Awesome! I've been working out on and off for most of my life whether it was for sports or my job or just keeping fit. I am extremely happy being part of the PraxisFit Family. All the instructors make you work to your full potential. Now I'm like a Chris Farley skit when I workout but I feel complete when I'm done. So if you ever feel inclined to workout at 5:30 am, I'll be there to make you laugh. Come for the humor, stay for the workout!
The trainers at Praxis care about their clients and their needs. There are always a variety of classes offered as well as a variety of times. I have enjoyed the people I have worked out with, always assured to have a laugh. It’s a great atmosphere no matter what your experience level may be!!
