I've been doing CrossFit for 2 years and I still consider myself a newbie. Coach Joe has the patience to walk me through the movements, and does it with good humor. CF Kokua is a beautiful facility and so clean. I've visited many different boxes and this one is welcoming and, did I mention, clean? I can't wait to go back. It's about 35 minutes from my house and it's worth the drive!
My wife and I dropped into Crossfit Kokua for a workout and thoroughly enjoyed it. Joe was an excellent instructor and the community was very welcoming! Would recommend to anyone visiting Geneva.
Awesome place! The workouts are just plain fun, I've never been stronger. The coaches are great and workouts are modified to your fitness level/needs.
I really enjoyed the high energy and all the exercises. Time flew during the workout.
I feel so much less stress having my work outs here. The staff is professional, kind, and cares about members
