At 65, I decided to take care of myself and Jan is truly a blessing to me. She works hard to strengthen me where I need it and also accommodates for my arthritis and knee injury. She is so fun to work with and is great at communicating what and why we are doing something. She has made me a believer that you can be heathy and strong at any age. I would highly recommend to any first timer.
Owner and personal trainer, Jan, is very knowledgeable re: physiology and appropriate workouts for individual needs! She also understands the emotional element in an exercise program and is very good with people!
This is such a great gym! I recommend this gym to everyone I know in the area!
Jan and her staff are amazing. They are great trainers and motivators. I love how they celebrate each milestone with you. Thanks to Geneva Fit for helping me attain new levels in strength. I love the workout format, small group size, and the additional motivation from other members.
Great workout with a great group of people! The workouts are TOUGH but not intimidating (even for a beginner) because Jan is always there to explain the exercises and correct form. I love starting my day with a FunFit class. It makes me feel so strong!
