Favorite yoga center I’ve experienced. I appreciate the variety of classes offered daily, with different times to choose from. The best part though, is that most classes can be live-streamed from the comfort of your home. Making it that much easier to conveniently & safely fit PYC into my daily routine. Oh, and did I mention the on-demand classes?? Yep, 10/10 recommend

I've practiced with many yoga studios across the US and Prana is my favorite studio hands down. Lisa has created a space that feels like home and a supportive community of wonderful teachers and students. Prana is a place I go to feel better and it never disappoints.

The Prana Teaching Team are top notch. Each teacher has a specialty and years of experience to support their training. The Studio is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and up to all necessary COVID mitigation standards. I've been practicing at Prana for 18 years and would not want to practice anywhere else. It is truly authentic yoga, delivered in a manner that is easy for even a newbie to understand and benefit from

I really enjoy my restorative yoga class using crystal bowls . Charisse Crisci (instructor) is great! The Yoga Center offers several options and yoga stylesnfor all levels, studios are beautiful and the NEW Himalayan Salt Room creates a serene atmosphere that's inviting for relaxation. Every time I can I invite friends and/ or family ! I highly recommend this place!

Great Service, clean and friendly. First time for me, felt great, got my son to get his haircut. The atmosphere is great.
