We constantly have issues with the pharmacy. They don't know what all the prescription laws and patient rights are in regards to filling prescriptions. They don't communicate well and don't follow through. It's not ok to make these mistakes when it comes to someone's health.

This pharmacy goes above and beyond to work my my child's docs and my insurance to make sure we are taken care of. I am so grateful to them. So stressful dealing with all of that and I always feel like they're on my side doing what they can to help!
I'd add a sixth star if I could, now that they've installed a bike rack (near the Red Box). Great staff, lots of stock, extremely diligent and caring pharmacists. About 2 miles from a RIPTA stop.
Don't know what happened to this pharmacy the last year or so. They used to be great. I've used this pharmacy forever, my parents used this pharmacy, my grandparents. Not anymore. They can't keep track of anything, it seems like every single time I fill a prescription they mess something up. Or they completely forget to inquire about renewing prescriptions for important medications like birth control. All done with this place, it was a good run but I can't tolerate anymore mistakes and weak apologies with no solutions.
