Excellent service and save money
Ok, here’s my story. I booked service online, then message chatted with Brandy. I told her I would bring my car in the afternoon before day of appointment, and that I needed a new key. She made a note. I took the car in and talked with Anthony, no mention by either him or Brandy of ID needed to get a new key. I spoke with Anthony the morning of the appointment, again, we discussed cost of new key, no mention of ID. So, I go to pick up my car, and they wanted ID. I gave them my drivers license and another form of I D, which the parts manager denied. Now, I bought the car there 13 years ago, have been in there for service at least twice a year, I drove the car in, had one key, and my broken key, but they weren’t sure I was the owner? That I wanted a key to steal my car? As I left, I thought, why am I dealing with them. If I had taken my car to an auto shop in my neighborhood for 13 years, at least twice a year, they would know me, my name, probably my husband and kids names! So, in a time of state stay at home order I have to go somewhere else to get a key made. Probably less expensive! Patricia Richardson
