Ross texted me right away with information I asked about so I went to look. Phil and the rest of the team were helpful and forthcoming with all of my questions being answered. No pressure, no game playing! I left with a car of my choosing and my son was so pleased at how I had been treated that he traded in his truck as well for a newer one the next day.
