The staff here does not work on commission and their goals here are to get you into a fairly priced vehicle that suits your needs and tastes. Had no issues with the hassle, haggling, or any pushyness from your stereotypical car dealer. Highly recommend this location. I myself recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Highlander Hybrid and we are 120% satisfied with the vehicle and the trade-in value given from our old vehicle. Big shout of to the team here. Great experience with a sometimes difficult process.
Very streamlined process. Jake was very helpful and professional. Would've preferred to complete entire transaction at the used car center, rather than having to go to the new car showroom for paperwork.
