I came in with my father to purchase my first car, an almost new 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. Mike helped us and was thorough in his explanation of all the payments and features of the vehicle, as well as offering us some discounted perks. Overall Mike was great and I’m so happy to have worked with him in purchasing my first car, as well as briefly speaking with another worker, Christina. Bridget Lopez was an excellent sales consultant and went above and beyond to provide me with an amazing car buying experience. She helped me understand everything before committing to my new car. A huge part of her excellent sales skills is due to her charisma. She felt more like a trustworthy friend than a salesman, and made sure I was happy with my decisions/purchase at every step of the process. As someone who has never bought a brand new car before, I was afraid I’d be taken advantage of. Luckily, Bridget made the whole experience go smoothly with her skills and expertise. I cannot thank her enough for the overall car buying experience!
I bought a Grand Cherokee one week ago from St Charles Jeep and I have to say that it was a seamless experience, in comparison to other dealers that I visited in the past.nThe person that help us, Jeremy Taylor, was awesome. He was very patient with my wife and I on our quest since we were not really sure what we wanted. I cannot express how amazing my experience was this past weekend here. Bridget was our sales rep and she was an absolute joy and made all our dreams come true from start to finish! Truly the best experience of buying a car I’ve ever done. Process was easy and smooth. Jeremy our salesman was super laid back and easy going, straight to the point about the car and did an amazing walk around. We got to know the car and all it’s features before we drove it. Sales team is very welcoming and make you feel at home, but at the same time not pushy at all. The celebration at the end that the whole dealership partakes in was my favorite part. Definitely would recommend to anyone from buying to just window-shopping. Walked out with a great deal on a 2020 grand Cherokee high altitude.
