I enjoyed speaking with Greg Gentile and doing all of the car purchasing process through him opposed to having to actually go into the dealership and wait for hours to get this done. I got approved for everything overnight and I was able to pickup my vehicle and complete documents for my lease within 2 hours. I got an amazing deal for my current vehicle and I couldn't be anymore happier with my first luxury vehicle. This is definitely the first of many, so I highly recommend stopping by at this dealership.

I recently purchased a new car from Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles and it was a wonderful experience! Craig the GM is great to work with. He got everything started for me and he stayed involved from start to finish. Zack in sales made everything easy and Taylor has been a lot of help with questions about the car itself. They make customers feel that they have a team supporting them. I signed up for the pre-paid maintenance plan which saves money on scheduled maintenance. We're very satisfied!

Awesome Service and Knowledgeable techs. I had my E350 taken in for B service and I was told about a 100 buck discount online. That was awesome and a loaner vehicle was readily available. This dealership has some great service prices. Will definitely be going back

I discovered this dealership through a Mercedes Benz club event that they hosted. I now go out of my way to come here for service even though two other dealerships are closer to me. I’ve found their customer service and professionalism to be top notch. Keep up the good work, guys!

I purchased a certified Mercedes from this dealer but live in another state. I worked with the salesman to discuss the car and look it over using Facetime. I had a number of questions and asked to see several documents concerning their certified inspection, etc. The salesman was polite and quickly responded to all my needs. When picked up the car everything was in order and they had detailed the car for me. After the sale they followed up to see if I had any issues or questions. Overall, an organization that provides a level of service and professionalism you expect from Mercedes.
