I recently totaled my beloved 2019 Atlas SEL Premium that I had only owned 11 months. When looking for a replacement I found the perfect one at Luxury Imports. Sebastian was so personable and polite, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. It was not your typical meeting with a car salesman. He made purchasing the vehicle hassle and stress free, especially since I was from out of state. I would definitely look to Luxury Imports if ever in the need of a vehicle again. Thanks Sebastian!
Bought a gorgeous 2011 Cadillac DTS from Sebastian. I think It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Pleasant people, fantastic inventory of extra clean, low mile cars absolutely priced to sell. I saw a car I liked, Sebastian handed me the keys and asked if I had any questions about the car and if I knew the area. When I got back from my drive, I was in love with the car. He stayed after hours to get the deal done for me. Their website has 100 pictures of each car, so you know what to expect before you get there. Pricing was very fair.... bought 7 year full transferable aftermarket service contract & added to the loan and still came in as less than book value according to the bank. Sebastian also offered his help and contacts to my younger brother for his BMW. He absolutely didn’t need to help with that, but he did. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealer if you are looking for a great quality vehicle and a nice pleasant buying experience. I took a few business cards to pass around to my friends.
First of all a pleasant change for car buying they had what was advertised but turned out not to be exactly what I wanted. The owner was informative, not pushy and knew his products. I can't comment on service or prices beyond the observation that prices were within blue book reasonable ranges before any negotiation. Interesting and refreshing fact he did not want my information to follow up and pester like most but suggested I check his website for new stock.
This is the third car we have purchased from My Luxury Imports. You don't buy three cars from the same place unless they take care of their customers. Our children are customers too. Sebastian sells clean, quality, well inspected cars at prices that are more than fair. Before purchasing the Mustang, I searched all the websites and dealers and ended up at My Luxury Imports once again. I purchased from another dealer a little over a year ago after hitting a deer and needing a vehicle fast. Sebastian was my first stop, but he didn't have what I was looking for and I didn't have time to let him find it for me (rental cars are crazy expensive). The sale went great, but I couldn't figure out how to program something into the car, and when I tried to call back and speak with my sales guy a few months later, he was gone. You can always get a hold of Sebastian. Next time I won't even bother searching. Sebastian, thank you for being a man of your word and offering such high-quality cars at fantastic prices. It's great to have a person you can trust when purchasing a used car. Just got home after picking up the car and taking a nice long drive. Now it's tucked away for the night. Thanks again Sebastian.
Had a positive experience dealing with Sebastian. He was very helpful and understanding during the whole car-buying process. Since I was from out of town he even took the car to get a pre-purchase inspection. Ended up buying a beautiful Jeep Wrangler and very happy with it so far!
