This review is for america first in general not just 1 location: i've had an acc with them for over 3 years with my paychecks going to that acc. and not once have they approved me for any kind of auto/rec. vehicle loan or credit card while a fellow credit union has approved me on 2 vehicle loans and a credit card. Tried for a last attempt rec vehicle loan and they said no. will be closing all of my acc with them once i get my auto billing changed to the other credit union.
Have never had a good experience with getting a loan with America First. I’ve had better luck at Mountain America. Was told there was nothing they could do for me and there was “no hope”. It’s clear to me they do not value their customers.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. I’ve had dealings with every level of employee at this location and they’ve all been great. I switched to this bank from zions and I’ve never had a regret.
35 min wait and 6 people still in front of me. Only 2 tellers. There is room for another teller and still be 6 feet apart.
ATM failed to dispense proper amount of cash. Was told I had to contese it thru my bank in another state. No other help provided.
