Purchased several cars from this dealer over the years and have always been pleased with both the price and the after-the-sale follow through. In my opinion an informed buyer coming to Galena Chrysler can count on a very fair deal, responsive service, and most importantly can expect that any promises made will be kept by this dealer.

My car was not starting and I made arrangements on a Thursday to drop it off at the shop the following morning. When I dropped it off I was told they would try to look at it that afternoon, if not then Monday morning. Tuesday several voice mail messages and calls to the shop go without answer. Finally we connect on Wednesday and I am given a quote of $380, a stiff price, but okay. Thursday I am told its done but the final price was $455 a full week later. OVERPRICED AND UNDERDELIVERED. They used to be my go to shop, but now Im looking for another. Just not happy with the level of service and price.
Tried to do business with Alex Wilson (General Sales Manager) We agreed to terms and when it came time to follow thru Alex backed out and refused to make contact with me. This says A LOT about his character and how he does business. Just plain shiesty, no honor or truth to what he says. Do not do business with a place that employees someone so despicable that he can't honor the terms he set. I will be spending the rest of my days telling everyone how he does business and why no one should ever buy anything from there.
