I went in today to make my first car payment on my new car and Erwin helped me out. He was nice and patient with me and we got the payment taken care of fast considering I didn't know my account number and he had to verify some info.
This location doesn't answer the phone. I've tried calling 3 times this morning, and several times this afternoon.
If it were up to me I'd give the place a no star rating when coming into the back the first thing they asked was if we were U.S citizens not even what we needed help with I felt discrimination the whole visit and ended up not even getting my bank account because of that I high schooler couldn't get a freaking account cause of this and banks are supposed to be a place to put our trust in and this experience just shows why the United States is how it is with its discrimination issues because of people like the ones I had to take customers service from this experience ripped me of my hope for a better U.S or equality
This branch has horrible customer service. The line inside has always been long and the tellers unfriendly. At the drive through, they don’t like to communicate with customers and act like they are doing you a favor to give you your money. They don’t even ask what denominations of bills you would like, but just give you an assortment of their own choosing.
Manager just sat on his desk talking to someone his cell phone for 20 minutes. When he came up to us to ask how he could help, we replied with needing to open a bank account and he said, “sorry that won’t be possible. We close at 5:00 PM.” It was 3:45.. So we just left. Just another reason not to bank with chase.
