Love this gym. It's aged a bit but that's what makes it feel like home. With the new boxing area and trainer, getting my cardio days done are sooooooo much better now. Staff is always friendly and every gym-goer has been polite and respectful. Great place for beginners or pro's.
Always clean!! Sean is very nice and will always answer any questions you have!! Favorite gym that I have joined!
I quit a few months back. Place was always dirty with trash on floor. Don't take your shoes off. I'm retired military and couldn't get a discount. Machines are in need of attention. Sean, who works there, is friendly and helpful. Water fountain never worked. Sauna seemed to be cleaned on holiday weekends. Overall grungy feeling with cleanliness. Not recommended. This is the 1st review I have ever posted, but felt others should know. UPDATE 1.9.18. Gym is cleaner and better maintained.
Best place to workout in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shawn is extremely personable and willing to help.
