This location at one time was very poor with management, service, and cleanliness. However, I have seen some positive changes over the past several months with implementing a more inviting atmosphere. There is still much room for improvement, but I can say I don't mind stopping at this location to grab a quick bite if I'm in a hurry, which says a lot because I used to refuse to eat here due to the poor service and cleanliness!
I normally only stop here for happy meals for my kids because well its McDonald's. I was amazed at the quality of the food though when I finally broke down and got something for myself. While I am sure the fact that I was baked had something to do it. I still cannot help but be impressed, it's almost like everyone there enjoys their job. Would definitely recommend this location.
They were busy but our order was right, HOT, FRESH, & they kept the line moving! We didn't wait, service was great, and staff were friendly! Will definitely visit again!
I'm pretty sure the muffins were from the previous day. The muffins tough like leather. I'm glad they were open at 5:30 a.m. but you got to work on your product quality
This location has made significant improvements in the past 30 days. I considered it the worst McDonald's ever over the past two years. Called McDonald's Corporate offices many times. Kudos to management for the great turnaround. Even during these difficult times this location is cleaner and well managed. The food is hot, served quickly and the caliber of employees very friendly and service oriented. Congratulations ! Job well done.
