We have used B Swift painting for several years now on a variety of complex jobs requiring high end paint work. They have always exceeded our expectations with laser straight lines on walls and ceilings and glass like finishes on trim and cabinets. They are experts at using the correct product for each application so it will last as long as possible.nnHaving Bruce and his guys around is a true pleasure. They protect floors and furniture while their working very well and always clean up after themselves. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Called and spoke to Bruce Swift and he told me he would be out on Thurs. afternoon or the next day Friday. Said he would call first. Had to put off another visit for a quote on Friday because I expected B. Swift on Friday. No call, no response following Monday. Nice way to do business. Called J.C. Licht and said thanks a lot for nothing. ( they referred him to me ).
B Swift was referred to us by our window and door contractor when my husband mentioned that we needed some interior and exterior painting done. I spoke with the owner of B Swift on the phone and was told he would call me the following Monday to set up a time to come look at our home in Glen Ellyn. He never called me and he never returned my calls after I attempted to reach him to remind him about our Monday phone call appointment.nnI'm so tired of bad contractors that decide customers don't deserve honesty and a response. If he didn't have time or interest in quoting the job, then tell me that. It is rude and unprofessional to string customers along when you aren't interested in the job.
